We spent the fourth under the BIG Montana sky!! The little town of White Sulpher Springs sure do know how to shoot some fireworks!! Just when we would think...this has to be it...another round would light up the sky. The amount of fireworks turned comical, campers around were saying, "this has to be it," after about the fourth time everyone was rolling...laughing so hard almost to a cry. On top of the fireworks, we had a fabulous dinner, seared pork chops in the skillet and mashed sweet potatoes. Chris marinated the chops in honey, sugar, yellow mustered, texas pete, chili powder a tiny bit of soy we had left, and oil. He is the master of marinade!! And for breakfast this morning two left over chops sitting in the marinade all night, and eggs. Yessss, we feel royal:)
